Schedule your Virtual Consultation
Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you will be emailed a link to schedule a virtual visit with a healthcare provider. During this visit, your provider will review your health history to ensure this is the best program for you. Every subscriber is required to complete this appointment to move forward with treatment.
Complete your medical intake form
Once we receive your intake form, your appointment will be confirmed. You’ll be able to complete the form during the process of booking your virtual consultation. All medical questions are stored in a HIPAA compliant database for your provider to review during your treatment.
Get your MetReset subscription shipped
After your healthcare provider has cleared you for treatment and determined a customized plan and dose for your program, your product will shipped to you. You will receive your treatment doses once per month after your check-in with your provider.
